FirePony Creative Society: Programming

In order to attract, inspire, and nurture a diverse community to celebrate and encourage experiments in the creation of art, a culture of play, and the collective sharing of ideas and skills, the FirePony Creative Society is proud to host a variety of programming throughout the year. In addition to our events, Playa del Fuego and Constellation, we strive to support artists and organizations around the mid-Atlantic region in their efforts to develop innovative, collaborative, community-focused art and civic engagement projects.

We invite you to learn more about our events below and let us know if you’d like to get involved!

Playa del Fuego logo.Playa del Fuego is an official Regional Burning Man event for the mid-Atlantic region, promoting the ten principles of Burning Man and inspiring participants to join in on the gifting and self expression so vital to our community. We welcome and need all participants, newbie to gnarled, because we are an engine that runs on good will. So check out the site and get ready to be part of one of the most creative and joyful communities on the planet.  Learn more!

Constellation logo.

Constellation is an opportunity for our community to come together to connect, explore, build, burn, heal, dance and challenge ourselves to go beyond the boundaries of what we all think is possible. Our collaboratively built city will be constructed entirely from the imaginations of the city’s inhabitants. We are radically inclusive and we’d love to welcome you! Learn more!

Through the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Conference, we seek to bring together Burning Man Regional Contacts, board members, producers and department leads of Regional events, theme camp leaders and other Burning Man and local community leaders from around the region gathered together to share ideas, best-practices, inspire and learn from each other.
